Ham and mushroom baked rice! yummy!

I really love the taste of this baked rice. Its defintely a must- try for cheese lovers out there! And, it's a product from a mixed of western and chinese way of cooking. I hope you guys love it.

BILL/ What u need!


For 2 persons' serving Qty


Cheedar cheese

Mozarella cheese

Turkey ham breast 100g(around 3 pieces)

Shitake mushroom 3 big ones

tomato 2 medium

rice 1.2 rice cups

carrot 1/4 size of normal carrot

sliced garlic

apple cider vinegar

black pepper
salt

campbell soup of mushroom and seafood

onion

olive oil

Steps

1) Cut the ham, tomato and shitake mushroom into small slices

2) Marinate the tomato and ham with apper cider vinegar

3) Pour in the soup base and add 1.5 cans of water. Cook until

thicken and allow it to big boil
4) Cook the rice and make sure its abit softer

5) -Heat the pan before adding olive oil

-Make sure the oil is being heated up first

-Stir fry the ingredients in these sequence:

a) olive oil

b) garlic and onion

c) carrot (as it takes time to soften)

d) shitake mushroom

e) tomato and ham

f) rice

6) Add small amount of salt and some black pepper

7) Place the fried rice into a microwavable dish

8) Spread plenty amount of shredded cheedar cheese followed by morzarella cheese) Microwave until the cheese turns slightly brown (around 7 mins)

9) Top up the dish with a thick layer of mushroom soup on top



10) A delicious and easy dish is done! =)
